“Very fine cottage, at the Pyrenees' feet. You'll enjoy the calm, the cosy interior design of the room (even though it looks a bit old), the food at the restaurant, the breakfast (included), the view ... Very easy to access and spot!”
“I understand why the reviews vary. The slow, as some have said, icy reception may create an atmosphere of tension if one takes it personally. I started speaking with the person next to me and settled in patiently to have a wonderful meal and delightful evening. Consider the slow pace of the mountains, as you will most definitely also be dining with them. The staff are friendly, just very busy with whichever task they have at hand, and there are only three. It's worth the wait! *I was only a dinner guest, but I did hear from an overnight guest that the rooms are small and the walls are paper thin. It felt like a community experience.”
“Bicycle friendly hotel with very good restaurant. The host & staff are super. It was a very hot day, rooms have a fan but no a/c. It did cool enough to sleep well. The pool was a bonus, as was a bike pump. Easy access to the EV81 and a short ride to St Lizier & St Girons.”
